5.3 Watermarks

Free users' exported images will include a "Made with OGify" watermark. Pro users (both monthly and lifetime) can export without watermarks.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Free Tier

Basic features are available for free with limitations, including watermarked exports and limited templates.

6.2 Pro Subscription

Pro subscription is available as monthly or lifetime plans and provides:

• Watermark-free exports
• Access to all templates
• Brand kit functionality
• Unlimited designs
• Priority support

6.3 Payment Terms

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed through Gumroad. By purchasing, you agree to:

• Automatic recurring billing for monthly subscriptions
• Prices as displayed at time of purchase
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Cancel anytime before next billing cycle for monthly subscriptions
• Lifetime plans are one-time payments with no recurring charges

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OGify SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
